    very good read thanks, i recently changed my mind about having the sleeve done so that i could learn more about it,so i have deffered it until next summer, dont know if im right or wrong to do so....

    There is no right or wrong, this is a major decision, you need to be confident and comfortable with your decision. So it that means taking more time to do more research and arm yourself with all of the facts then so be it. Good luck to you.
