30 th birthday today and down 96 lbs!

On my 29 th birthday I started thinking how important it was to feel good by my 30 th birthday. Well, I'm so glad I followed through and made it happen! I haven't felt this good since I can remember, nor have I been this small. I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful and supporting husband, daughter, friends and family! Cheers to 30!
