Why do you want to pick Prague? I you are in Europe, it might be better to find a doctor near you, easier for the follow up. Prices in Europe are usually affordable.

But if you are choosing Prague, just make sure they have an ICU in site, and also that they are used to do bariatric surgeries and did at least 1000 before you...

I had a hard time to decide, took me several months to make up my mind. At the end, I was glad I picked a doctor in a big hospital with ICU and all specialists available on site. My surgeon had lots of experience, and since I was not too far away, each time I had an issue, I was able to reach my team really easily, and at 3 weeks post op when I was sick (got a kind of stomach flue) I got to see my surgeon in less than 2 hours after starting to feel sick. That was priceless...
