Any Canadians?
IM 5' wiegh 188 hate my body was to get to size 7. Am I crazy for wanting this ? NO SELF CONTROL to eat small portions lost lbs to gain more back.
Ideas thoughts about this please.

    I'm Canadian and I had sleeve surgery in March 2018. You are not crazy for wanting to take control of your life. I had lots of doubts as well before I made the decision to go ahead with surgery. I used to hate my body as well and still have a ways to go to hit my goal weight but I find as I'm loosing that its essayer to do things so I don't hate myself as much. I have lost 128 pounds so far and I still wonder if I am ever going to get to my goal weight but life is so much better now and I would do this again in a heart beat knowing what I know now.
