    OMG THE DOG !!!!!! I'm just crazy about your animals! I used to add a shot of coffee to my shake with ice, they don't care about caffeine in Australia. its probably because we have the best coffee in the world ;-). You gotta get a love for vegetables! Maybe cook them differently?! Anxiety is often high when we cant use food to comfort. BUT YOU ARE DOING IT!!!!!! YUP! Nods.
    Maybe get that beautiful fiancé on the healthy eating too :-)
