I have my surgery done tomorrow and my question is , do people get sick afterwards because of the anesthesia or because of the surgery itself? That's the only thing that makes. Me nerves

    I normally do get very sick after any anesthesia with severe headaches and lots of nausea but the Anesthesiologist and the nurses done a great job at keeping up the Zofran through my iv and it made me very very comfortable. I haven't had any nausea at all and it has been a couple weeks now.

    I vomited a little. While in recovery but that was it

    I get sick from anesthesia. I was only sick a little bit. I also only had to take my anti nausea meds like 3-4 times the first week and that was it.

    You can ask for something that helps, but by now I'm sure you're on the "right" side
