2018 - the year of resolutions

Rate this Entry
I can't believe it's 2018 already! The last few months were crazy and I am actually glad to be back to a schedule!

2017 was a tough year to keep my healthy lifestyle and it was full of ups and downs. I'm glad to be back on track this year. I've shared my thoughts on my blog:

Best wishes for 2018!
Jen

Happy New Year Jen!! You're writing a novel! How amazing is that?? And I am happy to hear about your recommitment to running. I did my first half in December and am signed up to do it again this December. I am just starting back to running again. Slowly but surely. I have also started a really good strength training plan. 2018 is going to be AWESOME!!

Thanks, Christie! I'm excited to do another half-marathon! Congrats on your running and strength training! I need to start that too! I think 2018 is going to be awesome, too!

Thanks! I started blogging before I had surgery and I'm so glad I did. It keeps me accountable, but more importantly I've found tons of support near and far.
