I also measure my belly like they do when you are preggo. That went down 1.5. So even though my waist shows a smaller inch loss than I expected, my Buddha went down substantially.
Menstruation: spotted one week followed by two week heavy
Capacity: hard to say....4 - 8 oz?
Examples of what I have eaten on an empty stomach:
1 egg, 1 half toast, 10 grapes, 1 bacon
1 1/2 raisin toast with tbsp. PB
1/2 cup Annie's organic Cheddar Mac n Cheese mixed with 1/2 can tuna
one chilli/cheese hot dog with bun and a few chips
half a sandwich made with 2 oz turkey, wheat bread, mayo, lettuce. tomato and half slice cheese
1 oikos greek yogurt with 5 - 6 large strawberries
a veggie salad literally made inside a 1 cup measuring cup with 2 oz of salmon
I drank/can drink 48 oz of water in one hour. I can down a protein shake (10 oz) in 5 - 10 minutes. The water dowining is not good as our body can only use 15 oz max per hour and unless I am drinking that all day, it's not equivalent to good hydration tactics. So, I have learned to really try to spread water throughout the day.

Current: 16/18 depending on top/bottom, cut. Brand new jeans bought this week were a 17 from Misses side and fit perfectly. XL shirts fit (which I am not used to clothing showing curves *ahem*) but are not tight.
