    Lots of great advice...thanks for re-sharing. I have 5 weeks till surgery and trying to read and learn as much as i can. This was a great post to remind us all that it is not an easy fix, that we will have to make many lifestyle changes and work each and everyday towards those changes so we don't end up back where we are.
