    I am just keeping a log of things I read about that others use that are helpful.

    During the recovery phase post op ( 4 - 6 weeks), we will rely on protein shakes and powders. People argue over nutrition, price and taste. I am tracking what seems to be most popular for nutrition and taste/no taste.
