feeling like a failure

so i have been on a stall since june
ive been 166-170 and its not dropping anymore.
i hate these stalls
it seriously gets me so discouraged

and i need to get rid of this pooch its disgusting

    A June through November "stall" isn't a stall. You just aren't losing weight.

    What do you think has caused you to stop losing weight?

    P.S. All your pictures are just precious!

    You look wonderful. Sometimes I think our goals are just a little out of reach. Not saying its not possible. But it's hard to step up the game. I need to loose another 10 pounds but I noticed I eat more, eat more sugar, and don't workout enough.

    Have you tried increasing your exercising and counting calories?

    I would love to be down to that weight again, enjoy what you have. Work harder if you have to.

    What are you eating? Drinking? Calories? Carbs? Protein? Water? Excercise? Have you tried the 5 day pouch test? Have you gone back to protein/veggie basics? Any old habits slip back in?

    yea im going to be doing the 5 day pouch test starting monday. i think i need a good detox for my body and jumpstart my weight loss again. i seriously get into a funk and i am a scale junkie. its so bad

    Are you close to or at your goal? That's when I stopped losing.
