I do not feel I am losing any weight. I maintained my weight since surgery. I lost weight with the pre-op.

Can someone help me? Perhaps give me some suggestions.

    what are you eating?
    what point are you at?
    everyone is different on the begining..
    this tool works..but you have to be patient and work the tool
