Can we take these in lieu of multivitamins? I had a baby last year and my Dr. never took me off of them. She said they were good to take even if your not prego.

    I've taken prenatal vitamins for about 10 years and my surgeon's office is happy with me taking them. Their only requirement is to find a good multi vitamin that my tummy will tolerate. I use the chewable prenatal and have had no issues.

    id compare them side by side, Bariatric may have alot of extra stuff you might not be getting. If you dont take Bariatric make sure you are getting B complex and B12 and calcium.
