I have a 10 day pre-op diet before my surgery
can anyone assist by giving me an idea what a 10 day menu plan will look like.
and a post op meal plan will look like

    I had two weeks of liquids and have two weeks liquids after surgery as well. My diet is water, protein drinks, skim milk, protein puddings, sugar free pudding, sugar free jello, broth, fat free cream soups that you strain any chunks out of. That is about it.
