Update: i am on day 14 and have tried yogurt and butternut squash soup .... anybody else doing something different?
Hi, I was eating lots of soups, yogurts, SF jello, SF pudding, and protein shakes. I remember I couldn't wait until I could have something to actually chew. It gets better, I promise! Good luck.....
it does get better..every day..but you wont be able to eat much..but just tasting is so good..i love soup that really helped alot..lentil is still my fav
I'm actually eating soup and Chicken noodle soup, chicken and noodle too. I steamed some butternut squash and I had that as lunch. Definitively eat slow.Tried some cheese and that was good... I had some grits and sprinkled some cheese... so good. You can't have much..maybe 3 teaspoon.
