Hello I'm James,
My surgery is in 3 days, I have been on my pre-opp diet since 2/28/15.
My weight was 367 when I decided to start this journey.
I have lost 22lbs. already. Today is Sunday 3/8/15.
I just thought I should say Hello.

    Hi James! I had my surgery with Dr. Almanza on March 1st. It went really well. All of the nurses and doctors there are really good. The hotel is decent and you will meet a lot of nice people. I wish you a speedy recovery!!

    This pre-op diet is not east but it sounds like you are doing awesome!!! We can do anything that we set our mind to!
