I haven't started working out at the gym yet. I have stalled at 222 for over 3 weeks now. I feel like my calorie counts are too high! Yikes. What do I do?
If you "feel" like your calorie counts are too high, you don't have to guess. Track your food on www.myfitnesspal.com and find out. And if you are eating too much, you gotta change something.
Thanks. I am going to hook up my fit bit. I have had one for a while but never started using it. I will also use myfitnesspal because I definitely think my calorie counts are between 1000-1200 which is too high...
