So Longgggg

It has been a quite a while since I have logged in. I have been down to 184 the lowest and 194 as of right now. I have not been walking but spring is around the corner and when the weather gets nice I am back on the track! My eating is basically the same nothing too crazy and I have been drinking wine lately. So needless to say I got to get back on track all around. Not beating up on myself I am proud of what I have gotten off so far, and refuse to go up on the scale anymore. If this is where my body wants to stay so be it, but I will not go over 195 period point blank!!!!!!!

    I just read that drinking a glass of red wine a day is the same as going to the gym!!! I'm all for trying it but I'm still going to go to the gym. Keep up the good work!
