Protein and water worked!!

I had been stuck at 190.3 for 6 days, and everyone here suggested I eat more protein and up my water intake. I am happy to report that I weighed 189.2 this morning!!!! YAY! I NEVER want to see the 190's again. I am so excited. It's been about 5 years since I've been in the 180's, and I am only 5 pounds away from my lowest adult weight EVER. This is really happening
