3 months post OP...Doing Great!!!

Hello!!! Fellow sleeves. It's been three months and I'm doing great. I'm off of all my diabetic medications, blood pressure normal, kidney functioning great. Guest what? I went from a 42.5 to a 34 and wearing a medium shirt. I haven't seen this since junior high school .

My goal is 7,500-10,000 steps a day, plus mild exercising. Which for me is a total transformation and miracle..


Fellow sleeves, stay focus and encouraged, you can and will do it!
