Thank you, I agree the program helped alot and since I'm obsessed with researching everything the six months actually flew past

Thank you, it will be here before you know it. I lost about 10lbs my highest weight was 310 went down to 267 then back up to 287 now I'm 275 I believe but I lost most before I started the six month weigh in but it have slowed down drastically.

im the same i went from losing the first 3mths now im bak at 278..that does not matter as long as you followed the 6mths criteria.you will be fine..yes my 6mths ended on 17ddec
