I've kind of made the same realization, I was tired of barely losing weight so I've started to work with a trainer twice a week and really feel a difference. I feel so much stronger, my balance is so much better and I'm hoping that my weight loss increases. Either way I know it was time. Even before this though, I've been needing a nap every day and sometimes 2 on the weekends. I've also been bruising a lot. I guess it is time for more bloodwork. I just had it done about 3 mos ago, don't know how things could change so quickly. I am off work until the 20th so I am trying to pay attention to what I am doing - no excuses. Good luck with your work with the nutritionist and muscle gain.
