Hi, My outcome was excellent! I will be a year out on March 24th and I lost 70lbs within 6 to 7 months which bypassed my goal by 10lbs. So goal was 140 and I have been between 128 - 133 for 5 months straight. I wouldn't change a thing as this was the very best decision of my life aside from getting married 16 years ago this May and having my son.
