Hello, my preop was 10 days long and I did cheat the first day ALITTLE with carrot cake. After that I tried to stick with the two shakes a day and 4 oz of protien and all the broth I could drink. I brought the boxed broth and nursed on it all day each time I thought I was hungry,by the 4th day it got better but still reminded myself I'm doing this for a reason and breathed throughout the craving or found something else to occupy myself.
