Hey Joanaheter, how is the pain doing in your right hip? Are you doing better getting the protein in also? I purchased the wey shots and everyday I pour one tube in 2 oz cups and when I walk pass the table I grab one. Next week I am going to see if I can get at least 80 grams down.
