I was off for about 2 weeks. I did my walking around the house until I was sure I could go outside and walk without feeling light headed. That was about a week. I am still using the CPAP but I will be retested in a few months. I have lost 59 lbs but the Dr wants me to lose more before testing. Good luck.

Hi, I'm getting sleeved January 31 & was wondering how long you were off your Cpap machine, I use one also & I'm going to Mexico,& I don't know what kind of advice they will give me. Thanks.
