I love your Dr. Seuss quote and congrats on a PHENOMENAL weight loss. My surgery is in 6 days and I could only dream to be in the 130s and I'm starting at 198 at 5'61/2" Any advice you can give me about wrapping my HEAD around not being able to comfort myself with food and sweets and things.....would be helpful.
