Things are going really good, I am healing nicely because I am able to eat without so much pain! I tell ya I just do not make any time for exercise!! I do not know how people fit it in?? I will try to do some walking tonight!!

I found ground chicken and made some yummy chicken meatballs.. They were so easy to eat, juicy and full of flavor.. yea!!
