I actually went to Mexico. I didn't want to have to wait. Sometimes I wish I had gone through AHC just for the simple fact of having postop support. It's hard not having a surgeon to see postop, or a nutritionist, or even the preop counselling. I'm fortunate that I am doing well though. It's been a long 3 weeks though. I can't wait to feel "normal" again...lol

I meet with the surgeon on Jan 28th. This will be my second appt at the Red Deer clinic and hopefully will get a surgery date. Where did you get your sleeve done and how long did it take once the process was started?
