I hope all is going well with you! I know exactly what you mean. I've plateaued 3 times already (in 5 months). Crazy, right?! I'm going through one now as a matter of fact. I've been the same weight for 3 weeks. I definitely need to change up the diet and exercise routine. Don't give up, it WILL get better!!
