I'm 64 years young! I expected some sagging (and wrinkles... LOL). I'm not experiencing any (except my breasts-but they were looking at my feet BEFORE WLS!). I walk 30 minutes and use Gwee Gym Pro 30 minutes every day. I also swim every day. I hope this helps!
