So for some reason it just hit me that our surgery is NEXT WEEK!!!! Are you ready?

I am on a month long "Opti Fast" Diet. This requires 4 protien shakes, 1 protien bar, a small meal, and at least 80 oz of water a day. This is a lot for me as I am more of a Don't eat all day and then graze all night kind of girl.... who tends to eat out more than at home... so yes, quite the adjustment.

I just realized your surgery date is the day before mine so we will be going through the same thing at roughly the same time hope all goes well what type of pre-op diet do you need to do and for how long?
