Things will only get better, trust me. I'm in a stall the last couple of months, probably becuase of the holidays (I'm the primary holiday chef....therefore I must taste everything). I'm get serious again, drinking more water, watching portions, etc. Hang in there kiddo and stay in touch. B.J.

Hey Casey - Looks like you're getting close to a new season in your life (for the best). You'll be having surgery a few miles from my home and where a good friend of mine is one of the dept. heads. Let me know if you run into any problems. Take care and keep us posted!
