Hey Luckygirl, I am also 60 and in the process of starting my journey. I am 5'4 I weigh 214 and have a few health issues. I'm a grandmother of 5 I love to paint (art) not the work kind lol. and I love watching old movies on tv. I would like to keep in touch with the ones that are maybe 60 and older that ids doing this journey. I go to the doctor next week.
