Just joining the over 300lbs. Need to make a group Over 400 lbs. It has been some time since I have weighed 300lbs. I am so excited about this process. I cheer at every ounce I lose before my surgery. Just a while ago, I was at 430. using my scale at home. Now, my scale is of no use to me. It tops at 440 lbs.
