I too stepped out on faith and paid my $250 deposit - they needed the copies of ID and card before they could process the payment. my date is 3-27-15 ...im sooo looking forward to my surgery didn't even think about whether it was a scam or not. I even considered paying the balance in CASH but my daughter begs to differ and pleaded that I make payments thru weightloss agents.
