Hello, I'm still not quite sure how all this works for I am just getting started. The Dr. I was assigned to is Dr. Almanza and I just was wondering if you can tell me what to expect from your experience. How much have you lost? Did you have any problems after having the procedure done? How soon were you able to get back to your normal routine? What changes in your diet is different?
