Well I'm at 215 and 6'1 so I may try to push for 200 and I'll be fine with that. I still do daily cardio but the biggest achievement to hit my goal weight has been staying true to my low cal/low carb diet even after surgery. I get in great sized meals and have a total of 38-45 total carbs daily. Most of my food is protein & liquids. And even in those carbs I still cheat with a little SugarFree snack maybe once every other week!

Lol it has been an amazing journey man! Absolutely NO regrets! I am loving every single day! Buying new clothes is definitely a plus for me

Hey! So back to where I left off, Ive passed the stall and gotten back on track with the ultimate goal in mind. My date is set for sure on July 31 and im counting it down. Im on my pre op diet as wel speak and Ive just begun to get used to that lol. My day is coming and im sooo ready to get on the other side!
