amazing to be honest...thought i would be much worse than this...no pain at all...just finding the lack of chewing the hardest! i miss chewing! but that will come now over the next couple of weeks...thank god for orange squash! lost 22lb so far...which is amazing...fingers crossed it will be the answer to my prayers! x how are you doing with yours? x
