Aug 2 is right around the corner! Next year at this time your going to look like a different person :-)
Take all of your measurements a day before your pre op diet (if you have one) and the day before surgery. I also suggest taking a selfie at the same time as the measurements. It's fun to go back and look at the differences, we don't always see the changes in ourselves because we see ourselves everyday. Good luck along your journey!
