Hi Amy, welcome to the site! If you look to the left of this message under your name it shows a link for "find the latest posts" and "find latest started threads". If you click on latest post, it will take you to the posts you made whether on your own post or someone else's. If you click find latest threads, those will be threads you started. When you write a blog, you just have to click on the blog tab above this message and it will show you the comments so you can see if someone new commented on it. Hope that helps! =)
