Thanks for the encouragement. It came at a great time as I have started my preop diet today (one week early). Today wasn't so bad. I took your advice and focused on the things I could eat instead thinking about what I couldn't eat. :-)

Aw, im so glad! You will do great! Don't be too hard on yourself! The first few months were rough cause I told myself "can't eat that can't eat this" and once I started loosening up on myself and wasn't so stressed, thibgs started progressing in the most positive ways! Good luck!!!!!!
