Thank you! I started back to the gym around week 6 and haven't stopped. Of course started out walking slow on treadmill but you know how it is when you are in the gym, eventually you can't help but doing more. I wish you the best of luck, you can do it!
You appear to have done EXACTLY what I'd like to do. I used to lift in high school and REALLY miss it, once I've lost enough weight to do squats again I'll be in heaven!!! Anyway, congratulations on your wonderful loss! I hope to emulate you
