My Surgeon was Dr Ariel Ortiz. I am very happy how they handled the emergency portion of my surgery. The problem would have existed regardless of where I had my surgery. The thing that is different, I went right back into surgery, and they didn't charge me anything for this surgery. If this had been in the state, you could be rest assured I would have had a Big Bill to pay....

If you don't mind me asking, which Ortiz did your surgery? If it was Elias Ortiz, do you feel as if your emergency was handled well in the facility? glad to have you aboard!
