Hey Sleeve 2014 Family. I have not been on here in maybe a year. I feel wonderful The transformation has been life changing. Although I have not hit my goal weight not hitting has taught me so much. I could not and would not be here without the "Sleeve Surgery" I only lost 60 lbs. I need to loose at least 70 more. I thank God for this place. This safe place of a community to make it to get through what I am getting through. I did not know to watch my carbs, to work hard to eat healthy, so many things that I have learned that I did not know back then. Today I am a juicer of fruits and veggies, I eat lots of raw, raw, raw foods. As much as I can. I snack raw. I try to eat raw and much as possible. totally not there yet but getting there. I know that the next years of my life will be Prosperous and Blessed. Tell Me and Help Me get these last 70 lbs off.
