I'm so glad you told me because I must admit every time I go in there to get soup I look longingly at the grilled cheese and wonder....could I? Glad to know I should not! Sorry you were uncomfortable, but I guess that is how we learn our limits. =)

I ate a half of grilled cheese from Panera last week, big, big mistake!!! I was in so much pain, closest I have come to needing to expel what I've eaten since surgery. No more sandwiches for me!
