I've slowed down quite a bit, I'm at goal after only 8 months so I'm,just trying to maintain now, I had slow loss periods also but didn't concern myself with it, I've notice this is a roller coaster ride and you have your ups and downs

I'm doing well. Lost almost 80 so far - it's been really slow the past few weeks tho and that is frustrating. Doc said not to stress that it happens. Found out that nothing bothers me that I eat with is good and bad LOL
