Hi Neaty! I just reached the 11 week mark and I'm just now reaching the point when I have enough energy to start exercising. 3 days ago, I got it in my head to take the stairs at work. 6 flights! That was a mistake. Legs were literally shaking and quivering! Still, super proud. I really want to start working on my arms to avoid the dreaded "batwings", but for now, I'm gonna start with walking. Eventually, I'll join a gym and get a trainer. Good Luck and congratulations!
