Nice one you are doing very well it gives you a buzz when you put smaller clothes on. am doing ok all most lost 4 stone now am still off work after my op but no pain unless i lift.

I'm doing great! I'm down 58 lbs and have more energy that I've had in 28 years! How are you doing?
