Nice work brotha! I will be 6 months out in a couple weeks. Probably be down 90 by then. I wish I could exercise more. Finally had an MRI and I have severe ostioarthritis in both hips. Going to see a specialist next week and I think I'm going to get some injections to help with mobility so I can exercise more. Probably will need hip replacement down the road. I did finally get back in my pool yesterday for the first time in years so I'm going to do that daily. My loss has purely been on diet alone. Can't wait until I'm more active.
